This has got to be one of my favorite things Moony makes. It’s so good on everything – meat, veggies, chips! Evverrryyythhiingggg

AND since it’s low carb and loooow sugar, it makes my life that much easier.

  • 2lb Greek yogurt

  • 1 cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped uber fine

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic chopped

  • big fat drizzle of olive oil

  • fresh dill chopped up fine

  • salt to taste

Mix. Mix. Then mix some more! BOOM.

I like it best the next day after it’s gotten to all smushymush together and chill. I give this one an A+!!

1 cup skim milk 2 egg whites 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1/8 teaspoon salt Place alllll ingredients in a blender. Blend until nice n’ smooooth. Pour batter into a bowl and cover. Chill at least an hour
