This has got to be one of my favorite things Moony makes. It’s so good on everything – meat, veggies, chips! Evverrryyythhiingggg
AND since it’s low carb and loooow sugar, it makes my life that much easier.
2lb Greek yogurt
1 cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped uber fine
2-3 cloves of garlic chopped
big fat drizzle of olive oil
fresh dill chopped up fine
salt to taste
Mix. Mix. Then mix some more! BOOM.
I like it best the next day after it’s gotten to all smushymush together and chill. I give this one an A+!!
