STRAWBERRY TRIFLE

  • 2 packages SF instant vanilla pudding

  • 4 cups skim milk

  • 20 SF vanilla wafer cookies

  • 2 pints (12 oz) strawberries (hulled and sliced up)


Combine pudding mix and milk and beat. Pout half the pudding into a 2 qt bowl or (if you happen to have one) a trifle dish. (ooh la la) Top with vanilla wafers, then sprinkle with strawberries. Top with remaining pudding and then additional strawberries. Cover and pop it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Boom! Fancyshmancy looking dessert!
