• 3 cups instant white rice (cooked)

  • 1 cup egg beaters

  • 1/3 cup Splenda

  • 3/4 cup skim milk

Preheat oven for 325. Mix alllllll ingredients together. Place this mixture in a 9in square pan and has been sprayed with that nonsticky spray. Bake for 25 minutes. I like it warm but according to the original recipe, it says it can be served warm or cold.
