  • 1 package (8oz) fat free cream cheese ((softened))

  • 2 cups skim milk

  • 1 package SF lemon instant fat free pudding mix

  • 1 reduced fat Graham Cracker pre-made pie crust

Blend softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the milk. Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Next, beat slooowwly. No, really – slowly! Until it’s well mixed (only about 1 min) Don’t overbeat! Pour at once into graham crust. Chill 2 hours…then! Dig In!!
