PINEAPPLE CAKE

  • 5 egg whites

  • 1 can (12 oz) water packed, crushed, and drained pineapple

  • 1 SF yellow cake mix

  • 1 tablespoon Splenda

Preheat oven to 350. Beat egg whites with electric mixer (or a hand whisk if you’re the Hulk!) until foamy. Add drained pineapple and then cake mix. Spread mix in a floured 9×13 pan that has been sprayed with the nonsticky spray. Sprinkle with Splenda and bake for 35 min.
