This has got to be the easiest apple pie I’ve ever made. And it was sooo good!
4 C. sliced apples
1/2 C. apple juice concentrate
1 1/2-2 tsp. tapioca, cornstarch or flour
1 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg or apple pie spice
2 crust pastry
All ya have to do: Toss filling ingredients together. Put in a pie shell and top with the other crust. Seal edges and cut a few slits in top. Bake at 425 for 10-15 min. And then bake at 325 for 35-45 min.
